Off-peak season: €70 - 80 for 2 persons per night

Peak season: €90 for 2 persons per night

For every additional person we charge €10 per night

Children up to 2,99 years of age free of charge

Children up to 11,99 years of age pay 50%

The prices apply for a minimum stay of 3 nights per apartment and night. The local tax¹ is €1.75 per person (14 years and older) and day, and must be paid in addition to the price on the spot.

¹ Starting January 1, 2014, South Tyrol has introduced the local tax (visitor's tax, LG no. 9 of May 16, 2012). The revenue will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events.

We accept cash on site, advance bank transfer or checks.

A cancellation of the booking free of fees can be carried up to 3 months before arrival. In this case the deposit can be used for a future holiday or can be sent back detracted a commission.

For cancellations made with less than 3 months please notice that the deposit/down payment will not be refunded.

In case of late arrival or early departure we will charge 100% of the total price.

On arrival day, we expect you starting from 14:00. Of course you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will be ready for you at 14:00.

On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 09:00.

Pets are allowed exclusively upon request!
